There is something for everyone in Provence and the Cote d’Azur – glamorous cities, quiet villages, gorgeous beaches and rolling countryside. Visit roman ruins, hunt for truffles or go wine tasting. Visit art museums, browse the markets and eat very well. Go hiking, rafting, horse back riding – or just sit on the beach.

The Puyloubier Home: 

This house is a traditional ‘maison de village’ and the foundation dates back to medieval times. The interior of the house combines traditional style with modern amenities. It has two bedrooms, plus a third sitting room with a pullout couch and loft bed. The Puyloubier Schools:

There are two public schools in the small village of Puyloubier – a Maternelle (preschool) and a Primaire (elementary school). Older children attend a public school in a neighboring village. The schools have accepted foreign students in the past. Learn more about Puyloubier Schools.

Enrichment Activities:

While the kids are in school, you’ll want to explore the area and soak up the sun. Many families also take this unique opportunity to pursue a passion, finish a project or learn something new. We can assist in finding a French tutor, cooking classes, hiking trails, and more. Just ask!

Puyloubier Logistics:

Getting Around: The local school, bakeries and small grocery store are all within walking distance from the house. There is a bus that runs between Puyloubier and Aix-en-Provence several times a day.
